Church-Wellesley Village
Right in the heart of one of Toronto’s most vibrant communities, these buildings
are in an ideal location for any and all downtown students! Minutes away from
OCAD, Continental Tower and Castellana are surrounded by amenities by the dozen.
Be it a short walk to Yorkville, or a short bus ride to Chinatown, or even
just stepping out your front door to Church-Wellesley Village, the active student
will find it hard to know what to do next!!

needs. Their proximity to the Old City of York – St. Lawrence Market and vibrant
King St. East, and to OCAD make their location
superb. They are, of course, highly accessible to those on that oh-so-limited
student budget – but life is about more than location and money. Being part
of the vibrant downtown community of Toronto is often what defines the
